These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of opcosmetology.com (the “Website”), operated by Olga Petlitskaya under the OP Cosmetology name (“OP Cosmetology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

The Website provides information about professional esthetic services, facial treatments, facial massage, brow and lash services, skincare education, professional training programs, and ways to contact OP Cosmetology.

Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. The availability, scope, duration, and pricing of services or training may change.

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, use the Website only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Website is not directed to children under 13.

You may use the Website for lawful personal purposes, including learning about services, reviewing educational information, contacting the business, and requesting appointment or training information.

You may not:

Treatment descriptions explain the general nature of available services. A service recommendation may change after consultation and professional assessment. Submitting an inquiry does not establish a provider-client relationship or guarantee that a particular treatment is appropriate or available.

Training descriptions are informational. Unless OP Cosmetology expressly states otherwise in writing, participation in a training program does not:

• grant a state-issued professional license or government recognition;
• provide accredited certification;
• guarantee employment, income, business success, or professional qualification; or
• satisfy licensing requirements in any particular jurisdiction.

Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with licensing, insurance, and regulatory requirements applicable to their activities and location.

Sending an email, text message, telephone inquiry, or appointment request does not create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only through direct communication from OP Cosmetology. Availability, pricing, and timing may change until confirmed.

Service-specific consent forms, preparation instructions, cancellation terms, or other policies may be provided separately and will apply when accepted or otherwise made applicable to a service.

The Website does not currently provide active public account registration or account management. If account features are introduced, users will be responsible for safeguarding credentials, providing accurate information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized activity. Additional account terms may be presented when the feature becomes available.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its logos, branding, photographs, graphics, illustrations, written content, educational materials, design, layout, software, and user-interface elements are owned by or licensed to OP Cosmetology and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless OP Cosmetology and Olga Petlitskaya from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website or material violation of these Terms.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms as the Website, services, technology, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms become effective when published unless a later date is stated. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes relating to these Terms will be heard by a court of competent jurisdiction in California, subject to any non-waivable rights or forum protections available under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
