1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of opcosmetology.com (the “Website”), operated by Olga Petlitskaya under the OP Cosmetology name (“OP Cosmetology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
2. Website Purpose
The Website provides information about professional esthetic services, facial treatments, facial massage, brow and lash services, skincare education, professional training programs, and ways to contact OP Cosmetology.
Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. The availability, scope, duration, and pricing of services or training may change.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, use the Website only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Website is not directed to children under 13.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Website for lawful personal purposes, including learning about services, reviewing educational information, contacting the business, and requesting appointment or training information.
You may not:
- attempt unauthorized access to the Website, accounts, systems, or data;
- circumvent security, access-control, or rate-limiting measures;
- introduce malicious code or interfere with Website operation;
- scrape or harvest Website content or contact information without permission;
- submit fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or infringing material;
- impersonate another person or organization; or
- use Website content commercially without written authorization.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms.
5. Informational and Medical Disclaimer
Nothing on the Website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Website information does not replace consultation with a physician, dermatologist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
People with medical conditions, allergies, skin disorders, pregnancy-related concerns, medication use, or other health concerns should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before receiving cosmetic or esthetic services. Results vary by individual, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
6. Treatment Information
Treatment descriptions explain the general nature of available services. A service recommendation may change after consultation and professional assessment. Submitting an inquiry does not establish a provider-client relationship or guarantee that a particular treatment is appropriate or available.
7. Training Programs
Training descriptions are informational. Unless OP Cosmetology expressly states otherwise in writing, participation in a training program does not:
- grant a state-issued professional license or government recognition;
- provide accredited certification;
- guarantee employment, income, business success, or professional qualification; or
- satisfy licensing requirements in any particular jurisdiction.
Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with licensing, insurance, and regulatory requirements applicable to their activities and location.
8. Appointments and Inquiries
Sending an email, text message, telephone inquiry, or appointment request does not create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only through direct communication from OP Cosmetology. Availability, pricing, and timing may change until confirmed.
Service-specific consent forms, preparation instructions, cancellation terms, or other policies may be provided separately and will apply when accepted or otherwise made applicable to a service.
9. User Accounts
The Website does not currently provide active public account registration or account management. If account features are introduced, users will be responsible for safeguarding credentials, providing accurate information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized activity. Additional account terms may be presented when the feature becomes available.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its logos, branding, photographs, graphics, illustrations, written content, educational materials, design, layout, software, and user-interface elements are owned by or licensed to OP Cosmetology and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view the Website for personal, non-commercial use. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, publicly displayed, or commercially reused without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may link to third-party websites or open email, telephone, map, or other applications for convenience. OP Cosmetology does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service’s terms and policies.
12. Communications
If you contact OP Cosmetology, we may respond using the method you provide, including email, telephone, or text message. An inquiry authorizes communications reasonably necessary to respond to that inquiry; it does not by itself constitute consent to unrelated marketing messages.
13. Website Availability and Accuracy
We use reasonable efforts to keep the Website available and information current, but uninterrupted access and error-free content are not guaranteed. The Website may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting or network issues, security events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OP Cosmetology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless OP Cosmetology and Olga Petlitskaya from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website or material violation of these Terms.
16. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Website, services, technology, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms become effective when published unless a later date is stated. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes relating to these Terms will be heard by a court of competent jurisdiction in California, subject to any non-waivable rights or forum protections available under applicable law.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
20. Contact Us
